Winter Love Cocktail

Ingredients (makes 1 cocktail)

• 2 oz gin

• 1 oz lemon juice

• 0.75 oz pomegranate juice

• 0.75 oz Winter Spice Elixir

• 2-4 oz aquafaba* or 1 egg white (optional)

• Pomegranate seeds and cranberries as garnish (optional)

  *liquid from a can of garbanzo beans

Instructions

1. If you have a cocktail shaker: combine all ingredients and ice in a shaker and shake well. Pour over ice in serving glass.
   Otherwise: combine ingredients in serving glass over ice and stir well.
   Do not use aquafaba or an egg white without the shaker!

2. Garnish with pomegranate and cranberries

3. Sip and enjoy!
