Cardamom Vodka Collins

Ingredients

• 2 oz vodka

• 1 oz Cardamom Saffron Elixir

• 1 oz lemon juice

• Pinch of salt

• Sparkling water to taste

Instructions

1. If you have a cocktail shaker: combine vodka, Cardamom Saffron Elixir, lemon juice, salt, and ice in a shaker and shake well. Pour over ice in serving glass.
   Otherwise: combine ingredients in serving glass over ice and stir well. 

2. Top off glass with sparkling water.

3. Sip and enjoy!
